ShootingUnderwater.com offers its customers affordable and reliable shipping from UPS, USPS, and FedEx with shipping insurance to cover the full value of each and every order. At the checkout, you will be given the opportunity to select from a set of available shipping methods from which you may choose the method that best fits your needs, budget, and preference. Before you complete any order with ShootingUnderwater.com , you will be asked to provide a shipping address which will be used to show you the exact shipping cost of your order. When your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking information, if available.
If anytime an order has been shipped and a tracking number has not been given to you, please do contact us and we will personally track down your order.
Generally, orders are sent out within 1-5 business days after the order has been placed depending on the availability of products and the time it takes to build/prepare the order. If you have any special requests regarding shipping, please send us a note along with your order or contact us along with your order number. Special shipment arrangements can be made.

We wil pay for your return postage if you’re not happy with the order. Send it back and we’ll pay for your shipping. Note that our general return policy still applies.

ShootingUnderwater.com customers have the option to choose how their order should be shipped. You may ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Each weekday (Monday to Friday) is considered one "business day." Orders are usually shipped out within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the availability of the products and if there is a build/preparation time involved for any of the products you have ordered. All shipments are fully insured with free insurance convered by ShootingUnderwater.com.

If your order totals more than $149.00 USD, you will receive free shipping by one of our carriers: usually UPS for the mainland 48 US states, USPS for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and International orders. Delivery is usually made between 2-6 business days, depending on the availability of the products ordered, if any build/preparation time is involved, and depending on where you live and where the order is being shipped from.
International Shipping Policy
You will have the option to choose your shipping method at the Checkout page along with a list of shipping rates. International orders are usually sent via UPS or USPS and ship order within 1 to 3 business days, depending on product availability, build/preparation time, and where you live and where it is being shipped from. International Shipping Overview
USPS is usually the most affordable method of shipping for international orders. USPS ships the item to your country and leaves it to your local post office to complete the delivery. The two most commonly used shipping methods for international orders are USPS Priority and USPS Express. If your order is not in a hurry, you should choose USPS Priority. If you are in a hurry, choose USPS Express. Please let us know if there is a date you require your shipment by as soon as possible. If at anytime we discover your order cannot be fulfilled normally, we will contact you to discuss what will be done.
Oversize/Large Specialty Items
Special rates may apply on larger items and special orders. We will contact you if your order needs special care.
Shipping to Any Address Different from Your Billing Address
ShootingUnderwater.com does allow the shipping address to be different from your billing address in special cases when you are sending your order to a dive destination, a hotel, a shop, etc. In order to do so, we may ask you to pay via "Wire Transfer." When paying by Wire Transfer, we will send you our bank's information along with instructions on how to send us your payment. We do this as part of our effort to protect both ourselves and other potential victims of financial fraud.
Duties and Customs
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and customs that may come with your order. Your information will be included in the shipping. Feel free to include any information about customs declaration at the Checkout.
