Returns within 30 days of the original purchase date
Brand new with original packaging : Full money back or 100% store credit.
Brand new without original packaging: 85% of the store credit.
Used items in good condition: 50-75% store credit.

Returns within 60 days of the original purchase date
Brand new with original packaging : 100% store credit.
Brand new without original packaging: 85% store credit.

We wil pay for your return postage if you’re not happy with the order. Send it back and we’ll pay for your shipping.
Note that our general return policy above still applies.

Additional Notes
Refund and store credit will be given upon inspection of each item.
Shipping and handling from free or discounted shipping will be deducted from the store credit or money back.
Buyers are responsible for the shipping the products back to us.
Custom-built (including built-to-order) products (e.g. BS Kinetics and Equinox housings) are non-returnable.
